MEMBERSHIP

The H&M Membership is a digital loyalty programme where you accumulate spending, both in store and online. You can unlock special offers, rewards, exclusive event invitations and much more.

Our membership is free to join, but you must be 18 years to become a member.

You will find all your orders from store and online purchases in your membership account by clicking 'My purchases' menu.

Simply follow steps as follows:
1. Create member account by SIGN IN with your existing email address
2. Verify email and Mobile number (OTP)
3. Fill in your information and accept our Membership Terms & Conditions
4. Become member

H&M Membership includes benefits, more ways to accumulate spending(฿), and two levels of membership: Core and Plus.

Your membership ID can be found on your account page when you signing in. You can also use your binded phone number when purchasing in store.

Your spends (฿) are valid for 12 months following your membership start date. Your membership year starts on a first date you signed up. In the end of the membership year, the spends (฿) will be reset and a new membership year starts.

All your purchases in-store and online are accumulated. You must have ฿15,000 to upgrade to Plus member.

To accumulate spending in-store, always remember to scan your membership ID or tell your phone number to cashier staff. You can also get more ฿ by completing your profile, inviting your friends to become members, bringing your own bag when you shop in-store, etc.

Your membership level will be upgraded to the Plus level after 30 days once you reach ฿ 15,000.

Once you unlock the Plus level, you’ll keep this tier status for the remainder of the current membership year and for the entire next membership year as well.

Your Plus membership will only expire if your total accumulation(฿) is less than ฿15,000 in one full membership year.

Example:
You become a member on 1 September 2024.
You get upgraded to Plus tier on 1 October 2024.
You will keep your Plus status until 31 August 2026.
To continue as a Plus member after that, you need to accumulate spending (฿) at least ฿15,000 between 1 September 2025 – 31 August 2026.

You will find your latest vouchers on your account page in 'My Vouchers' menu.

Your voucher can be redeemed both at the checkout online by selecting 'Add to shopping bag', or in store by selecting 'Redeem in Store' in 'My Vouchers' menu on your account page.

• All vouchers will not be refunded / reissued if it were redeemed. (One-time redemption only)

• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase H&M gift cards and certain collections.

• Limit 1 voucher/ 1 member / 1 receipt

• Screenshot of voucher is not allowed.

Item returns or exchanges are not allowed when using a member voucher or discount. You can only return or exchange your items if no member voucher is applied to your order.

The voucher is limited to a single redemption.

As a H&M Member, you will receive two birthday vouchers for two orders:

1. Online Order at th.hm.com or H&M App
- Core Members will get 15% off – no maximum discount cap
- Plus Members will get 25% off – no maximum discount cap
2. In-store Order at H&M or H&M Home
- Core Members will get 15% off – maximum discount of 1,500 THB
- Plus Members will get 25% off – maximum discount of 3,000 THB

The vouchers will be issued to your account on the first date of your birth month. The voucher is valid for 31 days from the issue date.
